Yok Casa + Cultura is a luxury apartment hotel and cultural space in Barcelona. The hotel was opened after a complete eco-renovation of a historic Eixample building and is based on founding principles of eco-responsible design and living.

We worked with the founders on their initial business plan, launch strategy, and elements of the brand in addition to helping plan promotional campaigns, mystery guest experiences and market-entry actions, and continued to advise on the business after launch.
